Our promise

  • We promise all queries will be answered within 12 hours.

  • We promise all sold products can be returned within 7 days, be replaced within 3o days.

  • We promise all products come in a 2-year warranty, during this period we will cover the shipping fees on our side, as well as fees of material and workmanship.

  • We promise all sold products enjoy life-time free software updates.

  • We promise all products returned for repairing will be shipped back to the client within 3 days from receiving.

Let us help you

Provide the following information

  1. P.I.number, Date of shipment, Telycam Invoice number (at least one of them)
  2. Model number and serial number with product description
  3. Detailed description of the defect problems.

We suggest that all the defect product or spare parts under suspicion be tested in lab before sending back to Telycam.


All material must be shipped back to Telycam at the expense and risk of the Buyer. Telycam’s obligation under this warranty will be limited, at its option, to either the repair or replacement of the defective units, including free materials labor.

In no event shall Telycam be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages or loss of profits. Telycam shall not be obligated to replace or repair equipment that has been damaged by fire, war, acts of the God, or similar causes, or equipment that has been serviced by unauthorized personnel, alter, improperly installed or abused.
